Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for
sustaining daily manufacturing operations,
ensuring process stability, and
maintaining consistent product quality while driving yield improvement and process optimization initiatives. You will
lead troubleshooting and
continuous improvement projects, i
mplement effective corrective actions, and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.

- Drive yield improvement and continuous process optimization initiatives
- Lead and support process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You strive to leverage your expertise in
metrology, AOI, X-ray inspection, product testing, and quality management processes to
drive effective quality issue resolution, lot disposition, and continuous improvement initiatives. You are skilled in applying
quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving approaches, while
communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders and performing well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline with a minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Experience in metrology, AOI, X-ray inspection, and product testing
- Experience in leading and handling 8D, MRB, SDCAR, and FAR activities
- Responsible for lot disposition and quality issue resolution
- Knowledge of quality control, statistical approach, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good presentation and communication skills; able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
