Full Time CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Daie Engineering Kelantan - Maukerja

Responsibilities :-

• Oversee all site activities to ensure milestones are met according to the master schedule and technical specifications.
• Lead and manage the site team, including Engineers and Supervisors, to maintain high productivity.
• Represent the company in meetings with consultants, clients, and local authorities for all technical and permit approvals.
• Monitor site expenses and implement strict cost-control measures to ensure project profitability.
• Identify potential site risks (e.g., weather, material delays and implement effective mitigation plans immediately.

Job Requirements :-

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction & related
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven leadership in managing site operations and stakeholder relations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a site environment.
• Willingness to be stationed in Kelantan for the duration of the project.

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
