Role: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable operations and respond to stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Process AP transactions, investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Ensure AP activities comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support improvements to finance systems, processes, and workflows.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and monitor SLA/KPI adherence.
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and additional responsibilities assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or full-set accounting is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of ERP finance systems and Google Workspace.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
