Full Time BCS TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Addeen Engineering Federal Territory - Maukerja

Requirements:

· Each candidate must submit a full resume complete with supporting documents.
· Possess Diploma / SPMV / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Building Services Engineering or related qualification.
· Minimum one (1) year of working experience in Building Management System (BMS) / Building Control System (BCS) / Facilities Management.
· Basic knowledge in HVAC control system, sensors, actuators, control panels and building automation systems.
· Able to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

Job Scope:

· Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective maintenance for Building Control System (BCS) equipment.
· Monitor and ensure proper functioning of BMS/BCS including HVAC, chillers, AHU, FCU and related control systems.
· Troubleshoot faults related to control panels, sensors, controllers and field devices.
· Attend to complaints related to temperature control, ventilation and system malfunction within stipulated response time.
· Record and update daily service reports and system logs for submission to supervisor.
· Coordinate with vendors/contractors for any system upgrading or major repair works.
· Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and company Quality Management System (QMS).
· Participate in meetings such as FM Meeting, technical meeting, toolbox meeting or any site meeting that requires technical input.
· Support other maintenance teams (Electrical/Mechanical) when required to ensure smooth building operation.
