The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining 3D BIM models to support project delivery. The role ensures that models are accurate, well-coordinated, and compliant with project requirements and standards. The BIM Modeller works under the direction of BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and BIM Leads, and collaborates with the wider project team as required..

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BIM modelling
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit (or equivalent)
• Ability to produce accurate 3D models, drawings, and schedules in accordance with project standards
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and model federation
• Familiarity with modelling standards, and LOD requirements
• Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical information
• Good coordination and communication skills to work with engineers, coordinators, and project teams
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Experience with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g. Autodesk ACC / BIM 360)
• Knowledge of clash detection and coordination tools (e.g. Navisworks)

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
