Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales leads.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate product information
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,047.44 - RM2,900.00 per month
