Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Hunters International Federal Territory - Maukerja

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established Construction and Civil Engineering company, they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join their team. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcomed & encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle taking-off quantities and measurements from drawings and site works, mainly for structural elements.
• Prepare and manage progress claims and variation orders for both subcontractors and clients.
• Assist in subcontractor price analysis, tender analysis, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation (pre & post tender).
• Verify site progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims with project/site teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience is an advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience in quantity taking-off and measurements for structural elements.
• Knowledge in progress claims, variation orders, tendering, and cost estimation is a plus.

Working Arrangement:

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
• Alternate Half-Day Saturday (Bi-weekly, once every 2 weeks): 8am - 1pm

Remuneration

• MYR 2,500 - MYR 2,800 (Fresh Graduate with Internship experience)
• MYR 2,800 - MYR 3,500 (1 Year of relevant working experience)
