· Perform guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, and registration procedures efficiently and accurately

· Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns.

· Assist with room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest enquiries.

· Follow all health, safety, security, and emergency procedures established by the resort

· Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail in every guest interaction

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
