Job Scope :

• Responsible for managing and overseeing all Human Resources (HR) functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, placement and employee management.
• Oversee company operations to ensure smooth daily activities and compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide support to management in areas such as performance management, employee development and operational improvements.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve employee performance, productivity and the overall growth of the company and its employees.
• Monitor employee performance and identify training, development and performance improvement needs.
• Assist management in strategic planning and ensure the company’s objectives are achieved effectively.

Location: Mr. Absorber Ampang & Kuala Lumpur

**Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Malaysian Only (25-35 years old)

Minimum SPM

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or Business Development. 
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 
• Good knowledge and understanding of employee performance management and quality monitoring. 
• Able to work independently and effectively manage employees and daily operations.
