Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
Clinical Assistance: Assist doctors during consultations, physical examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
Treatment Room Management: Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, medical supplies, and equipment for daily use.
Patient Monitoring: Perform basic triage, including taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) and documenting patient medical history.
Medication Administration: Manage the dispensing of medications and provide clear instructions to patients regarding dosage and follow-up care.
Administrative & Front Desk Excellence
Patient Relations: Provide a warm welcome to patients and manage the registration process efficiently using the Clinic Management System (CMS).
Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to ensure optimal clinic flow and minimal waiting times.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient electronic medical records (EMR).
Clinic Operations & Growth
Marketing Support: Actively participate in clinic marketing activities, such as health screening events, social media updates, or corporate wellness programs.
Environment Maintenance: Ensure the clinic remains in a tidy, neat, and professional condition at all times to uphold hygiene standards and patient comfort.
Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish medical and office supplies to prevent shortages.
