• Experience in content creation, social media marketing, influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Able to create and edit short-form video content independently.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends.
• Experience managing KOL/KOC collaborations, including communication and campaign coordination.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads and paid media execution.
• Comfortable reviewing campaign data such as CPM, CPC, CTR, engagement, conversion and ROAS.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Good sense of what content can attract attention while still supporting brand image and sales objectives.

Can create content, manage creators, and turn good content into measurable reach, traffic and sales.

•  Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Shopee and other social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot and edit videos, photos and simple campaign creatives.
• Develop content ideas that are trend-relevant, brand-appropriate and sales-driven.
• Manage KOL/KOC campaigns from sourcing and outreach to briefing, negotiation, content review and posting.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and agencies.
• Track KOL/KOC performance based on views, engagement, traffic, conversion and sales.
• Plan and execute paid social advertising, including boosting high-performing content.
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust creatives, audience targeting and budget based on results.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing team to support product launches, promotions and sales campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, social trends and viral content to continuously generate new ideas.
