Job Description

• Manage daily IT operations for HQ and construction project sites.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and users.
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, servers, network, Wi-Fi, VPN and IT security.
• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure for new project/site offices.
• Support AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and other construction-related software.
• Manage IT equipment, software licences and asset inventory.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
• Manage data backup, cybersecurity and system access.
• Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
• Recommend and implement IT system improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in construction/engineering industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, software and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM environment is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot IT issues independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support multiple construction sites when required.
