Responsibilities for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit (AU) nursing responsibilities in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
