About Us

MINT ARt Studio is an art studio based in Singapore offering hands-on creative experiences — from guided art sessions to corporate team-building workshops. We're building a team of passionate, reliable instructors to help bring these sessions to life.

The Role

We're looking for versatile, hands-on instructors to facilitate:

  • Guided art sessions for the public (walk-ins, one-time workshops, small groups)
  • Kids' art classes (age-appropriate techniques, creative play)
  • Corporate team-building events (group-based art activities designed for adult professionals)

This person also owns key studio operations between sessions — a mix of hands-on facilitation and behind-the-scenes work. Ideal for practising artists, art educators, or facilitators looking for part-time or full-time work.

What You'll Do (Primary Duties)

  • Facilitate and lead art sessions across different formats (kids, adults, corporate groups)
  • Set up and break down studio space/materials before and after sessions
  • Adapt techniques and pacing for mixed skill levels and different audiences
  • Create a warm, encouraging, and safe environment for participants
  • Manage basic session logistics (attendance, materials, timing)
  • Represent the studio professionally to clients, parents, and corporate guests

What You'll Do (Secondary Duties)

  • Handle administrative work (inventory checks, scheduling/booking coordination, materials preparation, etc)
  • Create social media content — photos/videos from sessions, captions, posting
  • Develop new programmes/session formats (kids, adults, corporate groups)

    What We're Looking For

    • Genuine skill and interest in art/craft (painting, drawing, mixed media, or similar)
    • Prior experience teaching, coaching, or facilitating groups (kids and/or adults
    • Comfortable managing a room — patient with beginners, confident with groups
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to confirmed session slots
