Company Description IRnow Sdn. Bhd. helps manufacturers address rising labor and energy costs and declining product prices through advanced automation and data-driven solutions. The company implements automatic visual inspection (AVI) systems capable of inspecting up to 300,000 parts per day without human intervention, and provides real-time monitoring and data analytics systems for machine, process, and maintenance parameters. IRnow also focuses on cutting energy consumption by monitoring power usage at multiple levels, sending alerts for abnormal spikes, and generating reports and recommendations for optimization. Your work place will be in Seri Kembangan.

Role Description This is an on-site role for a Project Engineer based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Project Engineer will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects related to monitoring, automation, visual inspection systems, and data analytics solutions. Daily tasks include supporting project design and documentation, preparing technical specifications, contributing to installation and testing activities, and helping monitor project progress against timelines and budgets. The project engineer will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, maintain clear communication with our engineers, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Project Engineering, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical industrial solutions.
• Skills in Project Management and Project Planning to support scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking of project milestones.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical information clearly.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automation systems, industrial instrumentation, or Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency with engineering and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, project tracking tools) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
