Responsibilities
As part of CHAGEE Singapore’s
expansion, we are looking for dynamic Baristas to be part of the pioneering team. You will be responsible for preparing and production of CHAGEE beverages and be an integral anchor to the provision of the CHAGEE store experience.

What you will be responsible for:
Prepare beverages according to standardised recipes & customer preferences
Utilise proper brewing techniques & equipment to ensure the quality & consistency of each beverage served
Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes & preparation techniques
Accurately process customer orders, handle cash & electronic payments
Serve as ambassador in providing full-fledged CHAGEE service experience to all customers
Act in compliance to operational policies & procedures
Maintain cleanliness & sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils & workstations to meet the requirements of Health, Safety & Hygiene Protocols
Always ensure sufficient stock by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed & communicating inventory needs to management
If you are:
Passionate, responsible, highly motivated & proactive individuals
Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B capacity advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Work & collaborate as a team to achieve & ensure smooth operational success
