Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Leading and motivating retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock assessments and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Analysing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring a positive and customer-friendly shopping experience across the store.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans for continued growth
- Drive sales effort of the entire company by cultivating relationships with existing clients and new clients
- Seek out and objectively evaluate training programs and sales strategiesIdentify and monitor emerging markets for development opportunities
- Regularly present reports and status updates to the management team
- Participate in one on one coaching as well as team meetings and conference calls
- Develop and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Become an integral part of a highly collaborative production, marketing and sales team.Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
- Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
- Managing sales targets, pipelines, and forecasting
