Job Summary

Provide safe and professional transportation for the Chairman, manage vehicle upkeep, plan routes for timely arrivals, assist with errands, and maintain confidentiality while working flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Chairman safely and punctually to appointments and meetings
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition to ensure reliability
• Plan and adjust routes to guarantee timely arrivals at scheduled locations
• Assist with luggage handling and perform reasonable errands as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters related to the role
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid driving licence with a clean driving record
