About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our finance team. You'll handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting, while also managing GST filings with IRAS. Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and on time in the company's accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Prepare and file GST returns with IRAS in compliance with statutory deadlines
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain organized, accurate records and filing systems for financial documents
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
• Follow internal control procedures and comply with financial regulations

What We're Looking For

• A Level or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage, but not required
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
