Full Time Senior Manager – Sales Operations Excellence Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,000 in ASMPT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Sales Operations Excellence to drive performance and continuous improvement across our global Sales Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Demand Management, including forecasting, demand sensing and demand review.
• Establish and improve Sales Operations KPIs, dashboards and performance management.
• Lead process improvement, standardization and digitalization initiatives.
• Identify business gaps and drive cross-functional improvement projects from analysis to implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and IT to enable better, faster and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 8 –15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, S&OP or Process Excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP, BI / analytics and digitalization is an advantage.
• Semiconductor, electronics or B2B technology experience is preferred.
