JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities/Property Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in property and facilities operations, with a focus on administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for maintenance and facility services.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of service reports, maintenance records, and vendor correspondence.

• Update and monitor facility maintenance records, tracking preventive and corrective tasks.

• Support the team in preparing monthly reports, including energy (kWh) usage summaries, service status updates, and licensing records.

• Coordinate and follow up with vendors or service providers for quotations, job completion, and documentation.

• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document compilation, and internal communication support.

• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to work independently with attention to detail.

• Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
