• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.

• Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.

• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.

• Pack customers' purchases carefully.

• Monitor product quality and report low stock or damaged items.

• Answer customer enquiries regarding products and promotions.

• Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor when required.

• Film and appear in TikTok videos or social medias to promote products, campaigns, and new arrivals.
