Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Service Engineer (Endoscopy) di FUJIFILM Selangor - Maukerja

Responsible for providing technical service support, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and performance verification of endoscopy equipment. Ensure service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards, while undertaking any additional duties or ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle in-house inspections, diagnostics, and technical evaluations of endoscopy equipment.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and product teams to identify technical issues and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.

• Conduct detailed incoming inspections and functional testing of endoscopes to identify defects, determine root causes of failures, and assess repair requirements.

• Disassemble, repair, calibrate, and reassemble endoscopes in strict accordance with manufacturer service manuals, quality standards, and repair procedures.

• Replace damaged or worn components, perform performance verification tests, and ensure repaired equipment meets operational and quality specifications.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) services in accordance with service contracts, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical consultation and prompt after-sales support to customers, helping to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently and professionally

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures while carrying out all technical service and repair activities.

• Provide comprehensive sales support for marketing activities, including product demonstrations, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and customer events.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support of endoscopy equipment to ensure optimal system performance.

• Conduct onsite technical training and product application training for customers, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical equipments, preferably in endoscopy systems.

• Must have basic repairing skills (e.g.: basic soldering work, disassemble & assemble of equipment, etc)

• Able to achieve set target for the number of repairs to be completed each month.

• Good in communication, strong team player, detailed oriented person, able to multitask, willing to take up new challenges & learning.

• Good customer service skills.

• Good in Microsoft Office tools. Having IT knowledge (in hardware/ software) will be an added advantage.
