CAE Simulation Discipline: Structural Vibration Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

  1. CAE Analysis Types

  2.  CAE Modelling & Analysis Methods

  3.  CAE Modelling Levels – Component / Sub-Assembly / Full Assembly

  4.  CAE-based Design Optimisation studies

  5. HPC (High Performance Computing) for CAE Simulation computations

  6.  CAE Analysis Reporting / Presentation

  7.  CAE Analysis Support for Industrial Product Development Projects

  8.  Experimental Measurement for Structural Vibration CAE Modelling

  9.  Experimental Validation of Structural Vibration CAE Methods

  10.  Industrial Research Projects – Methods Development / Improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (Aerospace, Aeronautical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Manufacturing).

  1. CGPA 3.0 and above (Had Grade A for Vibration course)

  2. Solid knowledge of Applied Mechanics, Solid Mechanics, and Strength of Materials.

  3. Solid understanding of Mechanical Vibration principles.

  4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  5. Hands-on experience with CAE-FEA Simulation software.

  6. Successful applicants will be participating in a 12-month apprenticeship under the Graduate CAE Engineer Programme (contract will be continued with yearly adjustment)

  7. Work location: Shah Alam, Selangor.
