Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
Measure quantities from drawings and specifications.
Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within the approved budget.
