Requirements :

Qualification   : -

·         Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience       : -

·         Min 1-2 years , experience in Palm Oil Industry is a bonus.

Required Skills :

• ·         Marketing Skills, Autocad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, (Microsoft Project)

• ·         Good communication skills, easy going person, Very good converse in English.

• ·         Proactive, detail-oriented and a team player with a strong sense of accountability.

• ·         Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• ·         Willingness to travel within the assigned region (must possess own transport).

CGPA : 3.0 above

Muet: Preferable Band 4 and above

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in Sales & Project Development Works including compiling cost and data for Technical Proposal Preparation, Marketing Meeting, Review of Drawings, Technical Specification.

• Conduct product presentations, specification and technical solutions and provide solution-based selling.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiries, quotations, tenders, negotiations, order processing and delivery coordination

• Assist in Sales Business Development Works including to Prospecting & Building Rapport with Prospect, generating sales / project leads.

• Assist in Engineering works such as ACAD Drafting works, Project Site Survey and Progress Claim Verification.  

• To build company’s image of the company via social media, company websites, email & others. Assist in trade Exhibition preparatory works.

• Departmental Documentation such as Quotations, Contract, ISO filling, Bond etc.

• To assist technical works for cross company projects and Engineering Procurement where required.

• Shall attach to product & equipment department under Excelmech Engineering Sdn Bhd within Merge Jati Group.
