Responsibilities
Recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
Experience managing projects from planning through execution and completion.
Experience in Oil & Gas, construction, engineering, or similar industries will be an advantage.
Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
Good knowledge of project management principles, procedures, and practices.
Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, and HSE requirements.
Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software.
Good report writing, documentation, coordination, and organisational skills.

Job Descriptions
Plan, coordinate, and manage overall project activities from commencement to completion.
Monitor project progress, schedule, cost, quality, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Lead and supervise project teams to ensure effective execution of works.
Review project plans, specifications, drawings, method statements, and other relevant documents.
Ensure project activities comply with approved procedures, specifications, applicable codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor project costs and support effective budget and resource control.
Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and promote a safe working environment.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, reporting, variation orders, claims, and other project-related matters.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, completion, handover, and close-out activities where applicable.
Resolve project-related technical, operational, and coordination issues in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
