UCSI Hospital is a modern healthcare facility designed to deliver world-class care close to home, offering treatment across multiple specialties including cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and more. Located on a 40-acre site at Bandar Springhill, Negeri Sembilan, the hospital opened in 2020 as a 130-bed facility. It is planned to grow significantly over time, with a future capacity of up to 1000 beds. This expansion supports a dynamic environment with increasing opportunities for professional development. Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding documentation, and employee records management. Responsibilities include helping to coordinate staff training and development initiatives, preparing HR-related reports, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also assist with employee engagement activities and contribute to the administration of benefits and leave records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Dickson, requiring regular collaboration with hospital staff and HR leadership.


Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
  • Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and basic exposure to Employee Benefits administration.
  • Ability to support Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); prior internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
