Job Summary:
Develop and implement plans, programs, activities and initiatives for learning and development (L&D) to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of all L&D initiatives and projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, plans and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s business objectives and capability requirements.
- Conduct learning needs analysis, competency assessments and skills gap analysis to identify current and future development needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability requirements and recommend appropriate learning and development solutions.
- Analyse L&D trends, data and metrics to generate insights on learning reach, effectiveness, application and return on investment (ROI).
- Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions, including training programmes, e-learning, learning modules, videos and other digital learning materials.
- Collaborate with training providers, learning institutions and relevant stakeholders to ensure the quality, relevance and effectiveness of learning programmes.
- Facilitate upskilling and reskilling initiatives, Individual Development Plan (IDP) programmes, coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Support Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives, including talent identification, development and engagement programmes.
- Act as a Learning Partner to HODs, HOUs, managers and employees by providing advice and solutions on learning, development and competency matters.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through data analysis, feedback and ROI measurement, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Manage L&D reporting, dashboards, budgets, training providers and related administrative processes to ensure effective delivery of L&D initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to L&D processes, policies, procedures, operating models and learner experience.
- Lead and develop team members while providing coaching and guidance on L&D matters.
Qualification:
Degree in Human Resource Management or any field related.
Desired experience/exposure:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in learning & development and/or organizational development role, with hands on experience in strategizing, developing, and implementing development initiatives and programs.
- Strong L&D budget management, facilitation skills and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desired candidate to have high capability in managing and collaborating with all levels.
