Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a confidential multinational organisation to appoint a HR Operations Executive. You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services while supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations function and ensuring the smooth administration of the employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, administering employee movements and confirmations, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and stakeholders on HR-related matters, providing timely support and guidance while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
A key component of the position will involve overseeing end-to-end payroll administration through the organisation's HRIS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll data is accurate and updated, coordinating payroll inputs, supporting monthly payroll processing, and working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate salary payments. You will also support leave administration, employee benefits processes, and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and internal governance standards. Beyond operational responsibilities, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
In addition, you will also support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will assist in the planning and execution of employee events, engagement programmes, wellness activities, and internal communications, helping to create meaningful experiences that strengthen employee connection and engagement across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will you should possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or a broad HR generalist capacity. You will have a strong understanding of HR administration and payroll processes, ideally within a Singapore-based environment, together with experience working with HRIS platforms. You should be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
