Job Summary

Lead the development and production of bakery items by creating recipes, managing daily operations, supervising staff, controlling inventory, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing costs, and engaging customers to drive product excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design new recipes and seasonal bakery items to enhance menu offerings
• Oversee daily baking operations to ensure consistent quality and timely production
• Lead and train a team of bakers and assistants to maintain high performance and skill development
• Order and manage ingredient inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
• Monitor baked goods for taste, appearance, and freshness to uphold quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations to maintain a safe production environment
• Manage budgets and control production costs to optimize profitability
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and promote new bakery items effectively
