Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions includingreceivables, payables, reconciliations, and audit support while providingadministrative assistance to Human Resources and supporting ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts receivables and accounts payables to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies for accurate cash flow reporting
• Execute month-end closing activities and prepare GST filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain full set of accounts and support audit processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources to facilitate smooth HR operations
• Assist with other accounting functions and complete ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned to support business needs

Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

Min. 2 years of relevant accounting experience

A positive work attitude, willingness to learn and contributing to team works

Good interpersonal, have initiative, independent and well-organised

Friendly working environment

Able to start work immediately or within short notices
