Telephone Operator

We are looking for a friendly and professional Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide efficient assistance to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.
• Respond to guest enquiries and direct calls to the relevant departments.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Handle emergency calls and follow hotel emergency procedures when required.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain a courteous and professional telephone manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or Front Office is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
