STORE EXECUTIVE

Location: Ipoh, Perak

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.

- Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory records.

Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.

- Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of stock.

- Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.

- Prepare stock reports and update inventory records.

- Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Sales and other departments regarding stock requirements.

- Monitor rental equipment movement, returns and availability.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized and maintained properly.

- Identify stock discrepancies, damaged or missing items and report them to management.

- Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in store, warehouse or inventory management.

- Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management.

- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with inventory/warehouse software or SQL system is an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Detail-oriented, responsible and organised.

- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Candidates with leadership experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
