Job Description:
The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Social Lab is a university-level policy research institute within the National University of Singapore. Social Lab is looking for a Field Operation Administrator (part time). You will be working closely with the Field In Charge in managing the administrative part of the project.

Responsibilities

Form checking - Work with interviewer's on submission of forms for their work.

Data entry.

Pack of NTUC vouchers - Packing NTUC vouchers into respective envelops for issuance.

Communication with interviewer using Whatapps Web.

Preparation/ set up/ dekit for before start and end of projects.

Any other ad hoc task

This is an admin-based job which you will work closely with the Field IC and interviewers to facilitate on the administrative tasks on the fieldwork aspect of the project. It involves what is mentioned above and other ad hoc tasks that will be generated as and when from the project. It is desk bound mainly in an office environment.

This is a mainly a 4-day work week from Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm. There will be some occasions to work beyond 5pm and Friday on a need to basis.

Salary will be commensurate with your experience.

Candidate is preferred to have an outgoing personality with an adaptable attitude for anything that might come along in a project. Although this is an admin job. The nature of it is not boring due to interaction with people on a daily basis.

This position is for 6 months with possible extension depending on project.
