Full Time Finance Intern Jobs, in Hello Health Group Selangor - Maukerja

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Finance Intern, you will support the regional Finance team in handling daily accounting and finance operations for multiple countries within the group. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to real finance processes in a regional shared services environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will support the Finance team in the following areas:

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Support account reconciliation, including bank accounts and general ledger
• Assist Accounts Payable tasks such as checking invoices, preparing payment documents and filing
• Assist Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits
• Support daily finance operations and month-end closing activities for multiple countries

Who do we want?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Does not necessarily have prior experience in all the responsibilities listed above, but is willing and able to self-learn
• Has a proactive attitude, curiosity and strong learning ability
• Is able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Is detail-oriented, responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks
• Fluency in English (written and verbal), as you will work with a regional team.
• Is able to start work immediately
• Can work fulltime, onsite

Reporting Line

• You will report directly to the Regional Finance Team based in Malaysia.
