Responsibilities
- This is a full-time position
- Base salary range of MYR 3K -3.8K
- Shift allowance of MYR400 monthly
- This is a remote role - WFH allowance MYR150 monthly
- Excellent English (Speaking & Writing)
- Must have intermediate working knowledge of Excel and could organize/analyze data in a structured manner
- Having knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Salesforce and WFM Tool (Verint 360, Calabrio, Genesys or etc) will be an advantage.
