Full Time FP-A Manager Jobs, in Ambition Selangor - Maukerja

About our client:

We are currently recruiting for a well-established education company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager, who will be in charge of financial planning & analysis and business partner to the management team. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Senior Manager - FP&A, based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly forecast and budgeting updates and review, including presentation deck for management.
• Prepare Group's annual and long-term budget, detailed financial models and analysis.
• Conduct and advise management on feasibility studies, pricing, profitability, EBITDA and other relevant matrix.
• Active participation in monthly business reviews and providing insights based on big data analysis.
• Provide support to the accounting team on month end close and any other statutory reporting matters.
• Ensure that the FP&A team complies with the group policies and internal controls.
• Perform in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial reporting with experience in financial planning and analysis scopes.
• Possess strong interpersonal, experience working cross-functionally, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
