Reporting to the Director, Campus Planning, Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key role in translating strategic campus priorities into well-planned and successfully delivered development programmes and projects.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate campus development, space optimisation, infrastructure upgrading and A&A projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop project scopes, delivery strategies, schedules, milestones and implementation plans.
- Manage project budgets, cost planning, forecasting and expenditure, while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and value management.
- Coordinate procurement and contract management activities for consultants, contractors and specialist appointments.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Engage internal stakeholders, user groups, government agencies and regulatory authorities to align project requirements and priorities.
- Establish strong project governance, risk management and performance reporting, including management papers, dashboards and approval submissions.
- Support continuous improvement in project planning, governance, digital project controls, sustainability and long-term campus maintainability.
What You Will Bring
- Professional training in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, construction management, campus development, institutional developments or major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects across different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Strong capabilities in project budgeting, cost planning, forecasting and cost control.
- Good knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract administration.
- Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary professional teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, problem-solving and project governance capabilities.
- Exposure to the public sector, education, institutional or large campus environments would be advantageous.
Professional qualifications such as PMP, SISV, Green Mark AP or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage.
