About Us

Masasinar Holdings Sdn Bhd is an automotive components manufacturing company specializing in metal stamping, welding and assembly processes. We are currently seeking an experienced Engineer (Project Development) in Business Development Department to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer drawings, technical specifications and requirements to determine project feasibility and production requirements.
• Work closely with customers to clarify technical requirements, design changes, product specifications and project expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Quality and Purchasing to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project timelines, monitor milestones and ensure projects are delivered according to customer requirements.
• Support prototype development, sample submission, product validation, testing and approval processes.
• Identify technical, quality and production risks throughout the project and appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all project documentation, drawings, specifications and engineering records are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, project engineering, product development or business development.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production methods and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, project meetings, supplier visits and other business-related activities.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transportation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:40 PM)
