Caudalie is seeking a full-time Beauty Advisor dedicated at ION Sephora Store based in Singapore.

This dynamic, hands-on role combines retail sales excellence, and premium brand representation. As a Caudalie ambassador, you will drive in-store performance while elevating the product knowledge and engagement of Sephora team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

• Drive strong sales at the flagship Sephora location.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Brand Representation

• Maintain premium visual merchandising and display standards.
• Champion Caudalie’s commitment to sustainability, efficacy, and luxury.
• Create elevated and memorable in-store customer experiences.

Relationship Building

• Develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing in-store environment.

Operations

• Manage stock levels, testers, and merchandising materials.
• Ensure all displays are well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail sales in beauty, skincare or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a record of achieving targets.
