Full Time Senior IT Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Enviros Survey And Consultancy Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Kuala Lumpur. The role will support day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ISO 27001 compliance and IT projects across multiple offices and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support covering hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues
Manage servers, virtual machines, NAS, firewalls, network equipment, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity
Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, access management and IT licenses
Monitor cybersecurity alerts and support incident response, vulnerability management and security controls
Manage backups, system maintenance, patching and disaster recovery checks
Support ISO 27001:2022 compliance, including ISMS documentation, risk assessments, audits and corrective actions
Coordinate with IT vendors and maintain IT asset and system documentation
Support IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security implementations and other improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or infrastructure
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-office environments is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Experience with servers, virtualization, NAS and backup systems
• Good understanding of networking, including VPN, DNS, firewalls and basic network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with endpoint security, MFA, patch management and EDR/antivirus solutions
• Knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 or information security compliance is an advantage
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Willing to travel to regional offices or subsidiary sites when required
