Employment Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package:

Degree/ Diploma > 1 year CC experience: RM 3,300

Degree/ Diploma < 1 year CC experience: RM 3,000

SPM/ Foundations/ STPM > 2 years CC experience: RM 3,000

Completion bonus: RM 1,500

OT & Public Holiday pay included

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (rotation shift; earliest start 8am, latest 2pm)
Entitle 8 days off per month

Employment Term: 6-months contract (convertible to permanent/renewable subject to

performance)

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card services, including transactions, statements, card features, and account issues.
• Provide support on additional banking or financial products as assigned.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to all internal service standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Fresh graduates are welcome (with relevant internship/ freelance/ part-time customer service experience via phone, chat and email)
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Able to work rotating shifts according to schedule.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
