Working Location

Working Hour

• Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• To provide assistance in generating and processing new and existing invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and claims.
• To provide assistance in addressing financial, documentation, and administrative gaps between internal operations and the client’s teams.
• To assist in performing office administration functions including sourcing, purchasing, invoice billings, letters issuance, and emails.
• To coordinate and interact with Head of Departments on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
• To set up new offices and workstations according to plan to ensure smooth operation of business.
• To liaise with Local Municipal Authorities (PBT) on obtaining and renewing necessary licenses / permit.
• To cover administration works for project-related works in the Company.
• To update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondence / file.
• To coordinate and help with client’s and sub-contractor’s project invoice claims and billings.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Well versed in English & have good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
