Full Time Senior M-E Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Ingenious Job Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Report to M&E Manager / Senior M&E Manager
• Prepare Bill of Quantities andCost Estimates for M&E engineering works
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
• Responsible in the M&E costing and contract
• Assist in preparing variation cost, cost negotiation with clients/consultants/subcontractors and to finalize project account
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist Senior M&E Manager / M&E Manager in providing cost comparisons and preparing M&E correspondence (draft)
• To implement project document control at headquarters level
• Evaluating progress claims
• Prepare project claim Schedules and coordinate project tenders
• Assist contract department in providing M&E progress claim certificates
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction environment in cost estimation, budgetary, tendering and taking off quantity
• Familiar with Microsoft project and Acad are added advantage

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
