Full Time Project Coordinator - Project Engineer (HVAC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Speedy Global Solutions Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a technically competent and organised Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the execution of M&E and ACMV/HVAC projects, from project planning and technical coordination through to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Engineering

• Review and coordinate M&E/ACMV drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Assist in project planning, engineering coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate technical matters with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical submissions, method statements, material submissions, and other project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Assist in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Coordinate rectification and defect works where required.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and monitor project progress against schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Attend site and project meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project costs, variations, claims, and other commercial matters.
• Coordinate and follow up on project issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, submissions, approvals, reports, and correspondence.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, M&E Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in M&E, ACMV/HVAC, construction, or related project engineering.
• Experience in ACMV/HVAC projects will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of M&E/ACMV systems, construction processes, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E/ACMV drawings and technical specifications.

Skill

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work.

Added Advantage

• Experience in ACMV, HVAC, mechanical ventilation, or other M&E systems.
• Experience working with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with testing & commissioning, technical submissions, and project handover.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or high-rise building projects.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
