Job Description

Job Purpose

Execute moderate-complexity experiments independently to contribute to breakthrough innovation, product development, and process improvements.

Take accountability for project execution, maintaining technical rigor, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

1. Execute assigned tasks under guidance to support breakthrough innovation, product development, process improvements, and cost efficiency within projects.

2. Translate customer design inputs into assigned technical work, experiments, and supporting documentation.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align activities with project objectives.

4. Apply best practices and experimental methodologies; contribute data and experimental results to support brainstorming, idea generation, and IP development.

5. Escalate technical issues as required and support risk identification and mitigation within project scope.

6. Develop technical skills and knowledge under supervision; mentor entry-level team members where applicable.

7. Contribute to team-level continuous improvement initiatives and incremental innovations.

8. Assist in experiments and trials with external partners, providing technical data and insights.

9. Perform additional duties as required to meet functional and project objectives.

Qualification and Experience

1. Ph.D in (Chemistry)/(Polymer Science)/(Material Science)/(Polymer Engineering)/ (Material Engineering)/(Applied Chemistry) or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

2. Entry Level Position for PHD Holder.
