Full Time Operation Services Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Genki Sushi Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross functional team for planning, implementation, testing and support for new products, marketing and local store marketing initiatives. to support successful launch.

· Be the lead for any point-of-sale improvement works, including the resource manual.

· Coordinate on planning, testing and implementation of In-House Apps (Mobile Order) and Pay online platform ensuring a great customer experience.

· Supports operations services component, projects and any events organized by operation services.

· Extract, analyse and communicate progress of the program through sales data or customers feedback, making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

· Oversee the implementation of halal-related system modules, including workflows, checklists, records, traceability, reporting, audit records, corrective actions, and document management functions.

Job Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of Customer / Ops Services management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Demonstrates attention to detail

• Have analytical skills, with ability to provide appropriate solutions, answers and direction by listening actively and identify opportunities for improvement

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
