Full Time Customer Service Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Infinity Cosmic Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries from multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, website, etc.)
• Monitor and update the Customer Service Tracker – ensure pending cases are followed up and resolved
• Liaise with warehouse, stores, and courier partners to solve customer delivery or product issues
• Provide product info, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
• Review and follow up on weekend issues that were handled by weekend CS team
• Maintain professional, friendly communication and uphold brand tone
• Contribute to customer service SOP improvement and FAQ updates

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s in any field
• 1+ years in customer service (retail or e-commerce preferred)
• Good written and spoken English & BM
• Patient, responsible, and solution-focused
• Willing to learn systems (Google Sheets, Zendesk, Shopee/Lazada CS portals)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
