Full Time Claim Advisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in EON Auto Mart Selangor - Maukerja

• Attending to accident and collision repair customers in processing their vehicle insurance claims & adherence to BCG's standard

• Maintain good working relationship with customers, in house contractors, loss adjuster and insurance companies

• Ensure quality workman-ship is produced during delivering vehicle to customer

• Ensure all documents are in proper order with authorized signatory before submitting to Insurance company and Head Office.

• Generate service order, upload quotation, follow up and notify insurance company on the following days to get an authorization.

• Responsible in parts ordering and follow up with parts dept in ordering process (depend on damage condition)

• Release vehicle to contractor with vehicle temporary release order – VTRO (signed by both parties)

• Generate purchase orders to contractor within cost approved.

• To cross check and quality control check on all damage repaired.

• Make courtesy call after 3 days to check the condition of the vehicle.

• All document uploaded in system @ hardcopies sent to insurance company or HQ on payment processes.

• Follow up insurance company for payment within 60 days.

• Attend to customer’s enquiries, complaints, and look into their services and repair needs in a courteous and professional manner.

• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.

• Achieve sales targets set by the management

• Customers Retention Programme

• Follow-up vehicle progress. Contact / liaise with customer on additional work/ estimate / and rescheduled of promised time where necessary.

• Ensure all vehicles and relevant documents are completed before time promised.

• Reconfirm all repairs requested by customers are completed and that vehicle is returned to customer in an excellent condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
